Workshop and Slow Session

  • Tuesdays 9, 16, 23, 30 June, 20h00, Le Requin Chagrin, 10 rue Mouffetard, 75005 Paris (new address).

Each week, we learn a tune by ear in a friendly, relaxed setting. All levels are welcome. Followed by a slow session—no pressure, just a chance to play and connect. Free admission.

Weekly Intermediary Irish Traditional Music Session

  • Sundays 7, 14, 21, 28 June, 16h30, La Robe et la Mousse, 3 rue de l’Odéon, 75006 Paris

The Intermediate Irish Session welcomes musicians who have gained enough confidence in the slow session to play faster, multitune sets in the bar’s beautiful stone cellar. It is a lively, supportive space to deepen repertoire and groove together — and for the most motivated players, there is an optional 20h00-gig moment to perform two or three sets for the audience upstairs. Free admission.

Singing workshop

  • Sunday 7 June, 16h15, La Robe et la Mousse, 3 rue de l’Odéon, 75006 Paris.

The Singing Workshop is a friendly, intermediatelevel gathering where we learn one traditional song together — in English or in Irish Gaelic — focusing on style, phrasing, and vocal energy.

Free admission.
