The Irish Consulate in New York works closely with our Embassy and with Irish state agencies across the US to promote Ireland in a variety of ways.
We work with Ireland’s Embassy and other Consulates and State Agencies to pursue opportunities that will deliver economic growth and jobs for Ireland, including through promoting trade, tourism and inward investment.
The Consulate in New York works to develop US-Ireland political connections, maintain and enhance links with our Irish-American diaspora and promote Irish culture in new and traditional forms
We also provide emergency consular assistance to Irish citizens who need it while travelling in the United States, and assist those applying for Irish passports or visas to live and work in Ireland.
