Ireland and Sweden sign Double Taxation agreement
On 3 June, Ambassador Jones attended the Swedish Ministry of Finance to sign the Protocol Amending the Convention between Ireland and Sweden for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to taxes on Income and Capital Gains.
The Protocol is the result of successful cooperation between the Irish and Swedish Ministries of Finance and will strengthen our bilateral relationship in times of burgeoning trade between the countries.
