The Embassy of Ireland in Malaysia works to strengthen political and economic ties through collaboration with Irish state agencies such as Education in Ireland, Enterprise Ireland and Bord Bia (the Irish Food Board).
Kuala Lumpur’s Orang Éire GAA club brings people from all walks of life together and had been recognised for its efforts in supporting vulnerable communities through fundraising and volunteering.
Ireland has recently joined the European Union’s National Institutes for Culture in Kuala Lumpur and looks forward to further celebrations of Irish culture across Malaysia in the years to come.
