Irish Screen Editors
Carte blanche aux monteuses et monteurs irlandais

Since 2016, Les Monteur.euses have been offering carte blanche to an association of film editors from a foreign country. This year, we welcome members of the Irish association I.S.E. (Irish Screen Editors). You will have the chance to discover a previously unseen documentary on a major figure in Irish music, In Time: Dónal Lunny.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with the film’s editor and several representatives from the I.S.E. association.

Ciné-club franco-irlandais “Le Vent de la Résistance”

First Instalment of the Ciné-club with Les Mots Bleus, screening of the film Kneecap by Rich Peppiat, followed by a discussion on the revival of the Irish language with Darragh O Caoimh, TV presenter on TG4 and currently working as an Irish teacher at the Irish Cultural Centre in Paris. Ticket prices range from €8- €11.90, film screening in English VO, discussion will be held in French.

Association Irlandaise de Paris
A series of events will mark the month of St Patrick’s Day celebration at the AIP in partnership with Tourism Ireland and "La semaine de l'Irlande" in France.
Saint Patrick’s Concert

A Franco-Irish double bill featuring 100% female musicians, with the internationally renowned Irish fiddler Sorcha Costello and the French duo of Irish and Celtic-inspired music Hylia (opening act). Tickets (15 € - reduced rates 12 € for diaspora organisations members). Bar and sandwiches on-site.

Ciné Club Saint-Patrick event: "Sing Street"

At the invitation of the Cinéma des Cinéastes, before the screening of the Irish film "Sing Street", some of our musicians will play alongside the dancers of Le Vésinet Irish Céili Dancers, for a moment of traditional Irish music and dance, to celebrate Ireland and its culture ! This event is also supported by Mná na hÉireann and Corcoran's Irish pub Place de Clichy. Tickets (12 € - reduced rates available)
Public and free Saint Patrick’s Concert

In support to the young classical musicians of the Conservatoire du Blanc-Mesnil (93), the AIP musicians will take part to their public and free Saint Patrick’s Concert dedicated to Irish music, at the Théâtre du Blanc-Mesnil. This 1 hour 15 minutes demonstration concert, bringing together more than a hundred singers, musicians and dancers from the Conservatoire and the AIP, will be the culmination of an educational partnership dedicated to Irish music. Free admission
