You may reach us by calling (617) 267-9330 and leaving a message in the relevant voicemail box. Alternatively, you may contact us by email. A Consular officer will return your call or email as promptly as possible. Phone lines are open from 10:00 to 17:00 every weekday.
If you are an Irish citizen and have an emergency outside of those hours, please call and leave a message on the emergency line and the officer on duty will return your call as soon as possible. Please note that this line is strictly for consular emergencies only.
