| For each signature attested by a diplomatic or consular officer in any document where a fee is not otherwise provided for. | $45 |
| For administering an oath or receiving a declaration or affirmation, with or without attestation of signature. | $70 |
| For each diplomatic or consular signature attached to an exhibit referred to in an affidavit or declaration. | $45 |
