The Consulate General is open to the public by appointment only.

Appointments can be requested between Monday-Friday, 10:00-13:00h, via the contact form here (hyperlink).

Directions to the Consulate

The Consulate General of Ireland in Málaga is situated in the historic centre of the city, at the southern entrance of Málaga’s famous pedestrian avenue. The street is entirely pedestrianised. If you are arriving by taxi, bus or car, your drop-off point will be Alameda Principal or Plaza de la Marina. There are some public car parks but parking is very limited in this part of the city.

From María Zambrano Train Station:
-By Metro: Take Line 1 or Line 2 from El Perchel to Atrazanas, continue on foot.
-By Bus: Take EMT Bus line 1, 3, 5, 9, or C1 from the station stop to Alameda Prinicpal, continue on foot.

From Málaga Airport (AGP):
-By Train: Take the C1 commuter train (Cercanías) to the final stop, Málaga Centro-Alameda. Continue on foot.
