Welcome to the website of the Representative Office of Ireland in Ramallah. I am honoured to be Ireland’s ninth Representative here since our diplomatic mission opened in 2000. Together with my colleagues, we work to promote relations between the Irish and Palestinian peoples and to support Palestinian state-building efforts.
Ireland and Palestine share a close affinity and support for the Palestinian people is deeply-rooted in Irish society. Ireland has provided development and humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people for decades and we are proud of the work we do to further this important relationship.
