Global Irish Civic Forum
An initiative of the Irish Government to help strengthen ties between Ireland and the diaspora.
The Global Irish Civic Forum is an initiative of the Irish Government to engage with the Irish diaspora from around the world.
Each forum helps strengthen ties, promote discussion and engage around issues of concern and interest to the global Irish community.
Taking place in Croke Park from the 30 April-1 May, invited representatives of organisations working with Irish diaspora communities will come together under the theme “Strengthening Communities & Deepening Ties – Pobail á Neartú & Naisc á nDoimhniú”.

Two-way conversation
A diverse range of groups and individuals will be taking part, to share a range of views and experiences. Panel discussions, break-out sessions, and ample networking opportunities will encourage dynamic, open conversation as well as provide an opportunity to renew old friendships and make new connections.
Looking forward
Reflecting on the past few years, we will explore our collective response to the challenges faced. Looking to the future, as a global community we bring a renewed sense of optimism and solidarity.
