When creating your application, you will either choose a fee exemption or pay the Visa fee on AVATS. Before creating your application, please review the Visa fees and exemptions below.

Applicants applying from Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands must submit their documents by post to Visa Applications, 114a Cromwell Road, London, SW7 4ES, United Kingdom.

All applications should include the Application Form, UK Immigration Status Sharecode (or copy of permission stamp in passport), Original Current Passport (only, do not include original previous passports), supporting documents (listed here: https://www.ireland.ie/en/greatbritain/london/services/visas/visas-for-ireland/#types-of-visas-and-documentation) and a prepaid, Royal Mail Special Delivery Envelope for Return of Documents. No other original documents should be included unless requested by the Visa Office.

Visa Fee Exemptions:

4. Applications made by qualifying family members of an EU/EEA/CH Citizen under Directive 2004/38/EC: https://www.irishimmigration.ie/preclearance-and-entry-visas-fees/#beneficiaries

5. Holders of Diplomatic passports: https://www.irishimmigration.ie/preclearance-and-entry-visas-fees/#other

6. Holders of Service and Official passports who are coming to Ireland in an official capacity: https://www.irishimmigration.ie/preclearance-and-entry-visas-fees/#other

Visa Fees:

Multiple Entry Visa: €100

Single Entry Visa: €60

Transit Visa: €25*

If you are not transiting airside and are a visa required National, you must apply for a visitor visa, even if not transit visa required.
