If you meet one of the eligibility requirements below, you may submit an online passport application:
- Born in Ireland
- You were born outside Ireland to a parent born on the island of Ireland
- You have claimed citizenship through Foreign Birth Registration and have your FBR certificate
- You are a naturalised Irish Citizen
- You were born abroad and adopted under Irish Law
