The Passport Assist Service is designed to help you apply using a paper application.

The Passport Assist Service team will guide you through a passport renewal or a first time application.

How to apply - Living in Ireland

  1. Call the Passport Assist Service on 01 613 1795.
  2. Our team will generate a bespoke paper application form with your details pre-filled and post it to you for signing and witnessing (if necessary).
  3. You check the details on the application form, gather your supporting documents and passport photos and bring them to your local Post office.
  4. An Post will take the payment and submit your application using the Post Passport Service.

How to apply - Living in Northern Ireland

  1. Call the Passport Assist Service on 353 1613 1795
  2. Our team will generate a bespoke paper application form with your details pre-filled and post it to you for signing and witnessing (if necessary).
  3. You check the details on the application form, gather your supporting documents and passport photos and bring them to one of these Post offices
  4. Your post office will take the payment and submit your application using the Passport postal service.
